SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Domestic Orders (U.S. Customers):

• Standard Shipping
• Ships within 1-2 business days after processing.
• Delivery in 3-5 business days.

2. International Orders:

• Standard Shipping
• Ships within 1-2 business days after processing.
• Delivery in 7-14 business days (varies by destination/customs processing).

3. Prepare Your Return:

• Take any unopened bottles and put them in a box.
• Include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation or a note including your name and order number.

4. Ship Your Return:

5. Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• If your original form of payment was a credit or debit card, the refund should reflect on your card within 1-3 business days after processing.
• If you paid by check and are within the USA, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be received.
• For international customers, please allow 14-21 business days for your check to arrive.

Important Notes:

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
